Telehealth for
Mental Health Counseling

This is a challenging and uncertain time for many. It is important that you to have access & information about counseling services during COVID-19 so you are able to take care of your mental health during this time.
Based on recommendations that I am seeing within our community and state, I am switching from in-person appointments to “telehealth” appointments (video or call based mental health services). It is best for your health and safety that in person contact is limited during this time. Since I have the ability to aid in reducing the spread of COVID-19 by continuing to provide counseling without you coming to the office, I feel this is the right move for everyone.
If you or someone you know needs counseling services via telehealth at this time, please reach out to me via phone or email and I will do my best to get an appointment scheduled as soon as I can.
